| Comment | Isami Kondo who is a Samurai Hero in Edo period, wrote in a letter "I survived because I had this Japanese sword 'Kotetsu' which never broke". The 'Kotetsu' use to make armour or helmet, however, he turned into making Japanese sword when he was 50. The reason that he was able to make the best Japanese sword was because he knew about armour and helmet inside out from his experience. |
